UC Davis Business Law Journal

The UC Davis Business Law Journal readily accepts articles from professors, attorneys, businesspersons, professionals, law students, and others. Submissions should be cited generously (in Bluebook format) and conform to Strunk and White’s Elements of Style. The Business Law Journal encourages articles that broadly address current issues arising in the intersection of business and the law, including those relating to general business matters, regulatory and legislative issues, and intellectual property, employment, labor, corporate, and securities law. The Journal will reformat your article to match our publication look and style.

We typically publish articles that are between 20-50 pages in length, but we make exceptions particularly strong articles. We do not abide by a strict page or word limit. We are currently publishing Volume 22, and are accepting submissions for Volume 23. We publish two Issues per year, one in the Fall and one in the Spring.
